"He was on his phone a lot. One for sat nav and other using for personal calls and could see him swiping a lot on it. He missed a number of turns on the sat nav due to messing with his other phone. I get phone calls are sometimes necessary but I felt he was distracted. Otherwise he was lovely and very patient given the flight was late. He text me his car details so I could find it in the car park. "

"Happy with the driver. I paid an additional fee to Taxicode for SMS confirmation and didn't receive anything. Taxi company said it should come from Taxicode....will this fee be refunded as the service was paid for but not provided."
