"Driver experienced difficulties in finding somewhere to park, so he phoned me and suggested meeting outside at the departures drop off. All was fine. Both drivers were really good (and were tipped accordingly).. My driver for the return trip even fetched me a luggage trolley at Heathrow - nice touch!"
